Sunstone Hotel Investors Declares Dividend On Series F Preferred Stock

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., June 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (the "Company" or "Sunstone") (NYSE: SHO) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.2016 per share payable to its Series F cumulative redeemable preferred stockholders.  The Series F preferred stock dividend reflects the time period of May 17, 2016 to June 30, 2016.  The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2016 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2016.
